Materialize is a stand alone tool for creating materials for use in games from images. You can create an entire material from a single image or import the textures you have and generate the textures you need.
Materialize is a FREE and easy to use program for creating materials. Those that don't want to (or can't affort to) invest in a paid tool like Substance will find this to be a good and capable alternative. Here's an introductory look at it:
