Copying over my own post from WAYWO:
I have a pretty limited amount of time in which I can work on level design. I'm committing myself to spending that time improving my weak points. I listed a couple of areas above that I think I need to focus on, though I expect it to change over time as I improve.
I'll try to include pictures/screenshots whenever possible, both for anyone who wants to see someone suck at something, and for myself to track my progress over time.

My goal today was to create a reddish night sky. I spent about 30 minutes, with a good portion of that time spent watching video's on how to adjust settings on a sky sphere. The remainder of my time was just messing around an seeing how changing different options impacted what I see. I ended up with something that's pretty over the top, but satisfies my goal. Didn't have time to figure out how to make a moon, so that will wait for another day.

Another 20 minutes today on learning how to adjust the sky. It's very far from being good, but definitely looking much better than last time. Happy that I learned how to add a moon. Good progress. I feel like I at least understand the basics of adjusting the sky settings of Day vs Night, Clouds and different ways to adjust the color.
